* In low season, exclusive use of the site and the facilities is guaranteed for any group size.
Mid season site exclusivity for groups of 12 to 18 by negotiation.
In high season no exclusivity of the site for groups of 12 or 18 unless all four properties are hired together.

Low season: Jan, Feb, March, April excluding 1-15, May, October,November and December excluding 22-31

Mid season: 1-15 April, June, 1-14 July, September and 22-31 December.

High season: 14th July onwards and August
