Dear Ted and Jo,
Thank you again for a such amazing holiday for 21 of us – the adults have had a relaxing time as the 11 children have had a ball! Beautiful setting still- so peaceful & thank you for all your help. Looking forward to the next time – can’t wait! Happy days =)

Ted and Jo,
Thank you both very much for our wonderful holiday! Your keenness and enthusiasm to share your local knowledge (markets, outside bbq, bike trails, local stables etc) really enhanced our holiday. The girls adore the horses and loved helping to groom them. We all thought the horse and trap rides were wonderful!
The bike hire proved to be a massive hit with everyone – from full on 15k off-roading to a gentle meander to feed the donkeys. The toddlers love the space to roam free (thanks for the loan of some of Tommy’s toys) and the beach at St Estephe was a lovely family day out. We had real laugh canoeing in Brantome – not for the faint-hearted, with weirs, rapids and it too us about 2 hours!
As part of a diverse group of 20 people I can honestly say we have all found just what we needed from our 2 week holiday. The perfect environment within stunning countryside and your hospitality has been amazing!! Thank you so much, Katie & Nigel
We have had a really good holiday. Houses & grounds are fantastic, kids enjoyed every sporting facility! Volleyball, badminton, pool, table tennis, boules, water aerobics, synchronised diving, swimming races were just some of the events enjoyed by all of us! Thanks Ted & Jo for your hospitality. Jo & Andy
Dear Ted, Jo and Thomaz,
We have all had a lovely time (17 of us!) staying at your gorgeous properties and setting. We have crammed lots into our week stay – lakes, caves, chateaux, bike riding, go-karting (and lots of drinking!) Thank you for all your help- love from the Ling family
p.s. Groovy dancing at our disco Ted!
Ted & Jo,
We have all enjoyed our two weeks here at your fantastic property. We have not needed to venture very far because there is so much to do on site. Our group have enjoyed many sporting tournaments! A particular favourite was the evening when Ted joined us for football and rugby (he’s a very fast winger! Pick him for your team!). And piggy-back racing!
Canoeing at Brantome and the lake at St Estephe were enjoyable days out. Wednesday morning market at Piegut is worth a visit. We liked to make the most of the beautiful, peaceful French countryside by cycling to the bakery at Piegut each morning. Best of all, though is relaxing in the sunshine by the lovely pool.
Thank you, Nicky and Andy
Huge thanks to Ted and Jo for a lovely holiday – what a beautiful spot!
The house is brilliantly equipped and very pleasant to stay in, the pool is gorgeous and all the lovely lavender and herbs add to the charm. Ted and Jo were always ready to help us, from cleaning out the barbeque to providing games + fresh eggs to working out the woodburning oven so we could hot smoke salmon (highly recommended). We’ve had rest, relaxation, wine, good food and lots of fun. Will definitely be back. Thanks again.
The Crawford family
What a fabulous place! The kids have had such a great time and the fact that our age range covers from grandparents through to teenagers and little ones and all have been so thoroughly well entertained must be a testament to how good the place and the hospitality are.
Thank you, Jo and Ted for everything and for 2 fabulous meals too. So lovely to be “at home” and not have to cook!
The Marsh family
A great place with great people, thanks Jo & Ted. Voted as the best holiday ever!
Hits of the holiday were canoeing at St Estephe (free as well) as well as sandcastle buildingand long jump in the sand. The Grotte Villlars was good for a cloudy day. Big thanks again, S&A, Warwickshire, UK
